With that said, if you become dissatisfied with the mattress you purchased from us within 10 years, we will exchange it ONE TIME for another mattress of your choice at equal or greater value. Here is how it works.

*Delivery and exchange fees will apply. All custom orders, European and Scandinavian beds, special orders and close-outs are not exchangeable in any way and are final sales. Mattress must be free of dirt and stains. Boxsprings and adjustable beds are excluded.
